    I am SO embarrassed because, of course you know how to pack light, plus you were always uber-intelligent. Sail boats have infrastructure requirements and a 4-5 month trip requires LOTS of stuff.     Happy Easter to all. Our suitcases are overweight - it is all the boat spares kit - may have to ditch the non-essentials like shoes and that extra pair of trousers.

      • Mark Ganzer Oh Wendy - you must remember what it was like to travel light, as in back in the day, when we'd hitch hike from Macomb to Barrington - back pack with smokes, a 6-pack, cash, change of socks, couple of shirts .. but then, I don't know how long you're going to gone. My prescription is if you're going on a short trip - like one month.

(a) pot smoking legalized at 14
(b) beer and wine consumption legalized at 14
(c) cigarette smoking legalized at 14
(d) purchased of pot, beer, wine, cigarettes at 16
(e) crack and powder cocaine and heroin possession and purchase legalized at 18
(f) driving privleges granted at 18, subject to testing
(g) marriage licenses being granted only to those who both pass a personality profile examination to determine how well their core values and beiefs line up
(h) planned parenthood, most especially including prenatal, neo natal and mothers care, nutrition, child rearing, subsidized housing provided for the first 14 years of the child's life

SO WHY THE FUCK DON'T WE HAVE ALL THIS?
